At the end of December I received an email from Influenster asking me to take a survey to see if I was to be selected for the following VoxBox for the Venus Embrace Sensitive Razor. I was beyond excited and of course took the survey. To my surprise I was selected and was told that they would send it to be within a few days.
Finally received it at the beginning of January (I know super late post) I didn't use it right away because I had just shaved so I waited for a bit before opening it. When I did get around to using it I was amazed at the performance that it had. I consider myself to have sensitive skin, so finding something like this is a big deal. I currently use the BIC Soleil Savvy Disposable Razor and I thought it was fine for my skin but I have noticed that every time I shaved, it not only dried me out and oft some bumps on my skin but it itched like crazy! In addition, if i wasn't careful enough while shaving I would cut myself really easy.
The Venus Embrace Sensitive feels so much better on my skin as I don't need to be that careful and with one swipe all those prickly hairs are gone but BEST of all is that I am not itchy after shaving. The only downside to it is that I will need to replace the blades, which could get a little expensive overtime but if the itching is gone, I am all for it. Will definitely purchase the blades. Thinking about it maybe that hint of aloe has something to do it. hummmm????
